Calgary, Ab., Sept 18, 2023 – Solidarity Movement of Alberta (SM) an official political party in the province of Alberta (SM), announces disturbing and outright disgusting news in the legal saga of our leader Pastor Artur Pawlowski’s sentencing and subsequent punishment as an absolutely pathetic attempt to silence our leader.
SM urges Albertans to heed notice that a gross travesty of the law has occurred to our leader Pastor Artur Pawlowski who is a non-violent Christian Pastor, who has been married for almost 30 years. A man who dedicated his life to God and servitude to humanity over a quarter century ago.
SM protests that these charges should have never been applied, let alone gained conviction.
Section 176 of the criminal code of Canada expressly protects clergy in doing their role as a practitioner of God. It specifically says clergy can not be impeded during their time at work. These charges and subsequent convictions are solely from his duties as a minister during this prescribed time at the Coutts blockade. He travelled there as a minister and never went to the actual blockade.
A trucker blockade that Alberta’s own Premier Danelle Smith said was responsible for taking the vax mandates down.
We all found out that the Alberta government also broke the law in how they handled the lockdowns and mandates. The Government of Alberta has broken the law. Repeatedly. Let’s be clear on this, this Pastor was tortured in prison for 50 days. 50 days! Many days of solitary confinement, so he was tortured. Full stop! This is Alberta!
Our governments treat foreign terrorists better to the tune of millions of dollars of compensation while our leader is being stripped and searched by female guards in Canada. In Alberta! It’s degrading and demoralizing. So, let’s be clear about this: we know who the real criminals are, and it’s not a Pastor who has been feeding the needy for years and years. It’s the crooked judges and the corrupt legal system as a whole. A system normal people can’t even afford. Full stop! This system absolutely destroys everything in its path. It’s called Law fare folks. It’s a mighty weapon that financially destroys a person. These charges and convictions are politically motivated. Full stop! End of sentence. Our leader won’t keep his mouth shut and that is why the government wages a war against him. In fact, he will fight for your very right to free speech, your very right to have the freedom to worship whomever you wish, free expression, free thought, free press to his last breath. Full stop! End of sentence.
This is why he is one of the most talked about influencers in the world. Pastor Artur Pawlowski was invited down south by the men and women of the Coutts blockade to give a sermon and pray for the protestors. The good Pastor would have never even been down there if he wasn’t asked to attend by the organizers. Pastor Artur Pawlowski was allowed to freely travel down to the area where the protesters had gathered on private property. As Pastor Artur Pawlowski travelled down to Coutts the RCMP never once raised an alarm that he was in anyway breaking the law as he travelled to the destination. The government has waged law fare against a political foe and will break any rule to accommodate their tyranny. After all, all it takes for tyranny to take hold is for good men to do nothing.
Millions of dollars have been spent on legal fees as the government wages law fare against a man who won’t stop raising the alarm on corruption in the system.
After all, this is how the system breaks down non obedient people.
Pastor Artur Pawlowski continues to be a light in a dark place and only fears God Himself. He is dedicated to rolling up his sleeves and bringing greatness back to Alberta.
Moving forward, Alberta, if you’ve finally had enough of the corruption, the complete breakdown in the justice system where thugs don’t even fear the police because the police are too busy disrupting and disturbing ministers that are feeding the least fortunate on the tough streets of Calgary.
Be vigilant Alberta. First, they came for a Pastor who fed the needy but you weren’t a Pastor so you said nothing. How long until they come for you?!!
